Rates are in U.S $ and include all taxes and cleaning charges.  There are no hidden costs.

20% immediately to hold the reservation
Full payment must be received 8 weeks before occupancy
Refundable security deposit ($400) required at the time of rental payment.

Cancellations: the following charges may be incurred:
More than 8 weeks notice: refund of deposit, less admin charge of $30.00
6 - 8 weeks notice: 25% of total cost of accommodation
4 - 6 weeks notice: 50% of total cost of accommodation
Less than 4 weeks notice: 75% of total cost of accommodation
